*Caution about Cosmetic products
We only ship Non-Aviation Dangerous Products, no matter by Air or Sea. Unless your forwarding companies promised that the shipment is in truly Ex-works incoterms that our company takes no responsilibility after pick-up.
Products listed on our website are all non-aviation dangerous produts.

EX-WORKS incoterms
We do not arrange forwarding service without your agent partnered company in Japan.
You will need to ask your local forwarding companies to contact their Japan agent to contact us.
Here's the step for your reference.
Step 1: We provide the order information (size & weight), then you will check the shipping price with your forwarder in your country. Once you are okay with the shipping quotation from them, ask them to inform their Japan agents.
Step 2: The Japan agent will contact us by email. And we will be asked to submit various of document to get customs approval from them.
Step 3: We got the approval (some items could get rejected, it depends on your forwarder's decision). Then we will ship your order to their warehouse or they arrange pick-up.
The above process usually take 1 week for the 1st time.
If you order the same product in your 2nd order, no more approval will be required.
Please be reminded that
1) We only process your order upon payment of the invoice
2) Invoice will be at its true value
3) Only carton basis order
Volume Discount
Since our volume discount is only applicable when the customs clearance at Japan side is made under our company name (The export permit), please advise your Japan agent company contact information so we can have their promise to send us the export permit after the pick-up.
Palletized Shipment
To ensure the safe and efficient delivery of your orders, we offer palletized packaging for shipments.
Please review the updated information below to plan your shipments effectively from January 1st 2025.
Complimentary Palletization for Large Shipments
For shipments over 1,000 kg:
Complimentary palletized packaging is provided.
For shipments under 1,000 kg:
A ¥20,000 charge per shipment is applied for palletization (separate from listed prices and discounts).
Additional Time for Palletized Shipments
Palletization may extend standard shipping times by 2-5 days, depending on warehouse capacity.
Extra Costs to Forwarders
Palletized shipping may incur additional fees due to:
Increased pallet weight: Forwarders will charge for the added weight.
Uneven pallet surfaces: If your items are not arranged in a flat pallet-layer format (e.g., 8 cartons of Skin Aqua per layer), the pallet may be uneven. Forwarders may impose extra fees in such cases.
💡 Tip: Check your order's arrangement and consult your logistics agent regarding pallet height and format requirements to avoid unexpected charges.
Special Notes for DHL Express Shipments
An additional ¥15,000 fee per pallet is applied by DHL.
The pallet itself adds 25 kg to the shipment, which increases shipping costs.
Uneven pallets: If your pallet does not conform to the pallet-layer requirements, DHL will charge a ¥43,000 fee per pallet for uneven surfaces.

Consult with your logistics agent regarding pallet height restrictions or specific forwarder policies.
